Photo & Identity Consent Policy

Portraits of real people deserve real care. This is how we handle permission and likeness.

Permission comes first

If you upload photos of a living person other than yourself, you must confirm you have their permission. We ask for that confirmation at the start of every photoshoot.

Keeping people recognizable

We preserve natural facial features, age, complexion and identity. We style clothing, hair, lighting and setting — we do not reshape a person's face or body to look like someone else.

Memorial portraits

For a celebration of life, we ask that you are a family member or have the family's blessing. These portraits are handled with extra care and are never featured publicly.

Public use requires written permission

Customer photos and portraits are never used on our homepage, in advertising or on social media unless you have given explicit written permission, which you may withdraw at any time.

Children

A parent or legal guardian must create the photoshoot and give permission for any portrait of a child.

Reporting a concern

If you believe an image was uploaded without permission, contact consent@glimmerastudio.com and we will review it promptly.
