Refund Policy
We want you to love your portraits. Here's exactly what happens when something isn't right.
If your photoshoot fails
If portraits can't be created, we retry your photoshoot at no cost. If it still doesn't work, we refund the full package price. You are never charged twice for the same photoshoot.
If your portraits don't look like your loved one
Tell us within 14 days. We'll re-run your photoshoot with better guidance at no charge, or refund the package if you'd prefer.
Printed products
Damaged, misprinted or lost-in-transit items are replaced free of charge. Send us a photo of the item within 30 days of delivery.
Change of mind
Because portraits are created for you personally, completed photoshoots and custom prints are not refundable for change of mind. Contact us before your photoshoot starts and we'll cancel it with a full refund.
How refunds arrive
Refunds return to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
