Your photos belong to you. This page explains, in plain language, what we collect and how we protect it.
What we collect
Your name and email address, the photos you upload, the styling choices you make, the portraits created for you, and your order and payment records.
How your photos are stored
Uploads and generated portraits are stored in private cloud storage. Access is limited to your own account. Our staff only view an image when you ask us to help with a specific order.
What we never do
We never sell your photos or personal information. We never place a customer photo in a public gallery, marketing page or social post without your written permission.
Deleting your images
You can permanently delete individual photos, entire galleries, or every image in your account from Profile & settings. Deleted images are removed from our storage and cannot be recovered.
Payments
Card details are handled by our payment processor. Glimmera Studio never stores full card numbers.
