Terms of Service
These terms cover your use of Glimmera Studio photoshoots, galleries, downloads and printed products.
Your account
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Let us know right away if you believe someone else has accessed your gallery.
Photos you upload
You confirm that you own the photos you upload, or that you have permission from the person pictured. For a living adult who is not you, we require that confirmation before your photoshoot begins.
Your portraits
Portraits created for you are yours to download, print, gift and share. You may not resell Glimmera Studio portraits of another person without their permission.
Acceptable use
Glimmera Studio may not be used to create misleading, defamatory, explicit or impersonating imagery, or to create portraits of a person without their knowledge and permission.
Service availability
We work hard to keep the studio running smoothly. If a photoshoot fails, we retry it at no extra charge and never charge twice for the same order.
Changes
We'll email you before making a material change to these terms.
