Your account

You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details private. Let us know right away if you believe someone else has accessed your gallery.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. A parent or legal guardian must create the photoshoot for any portrait of a child.

Photos you upload

You confirm that you own the photos you upload, or that you have permission from the person pictured. For a living adult who is not you, we require that confirmation before your photoshoot begins.

Reference photos are used only to create your portraits. They are not used to train AI models and are not shared publicly.

Your portraits and intellectual property

Portraits created for you are yours to download, print, gift and share, including for personal commercial use of your own likeness. You may not resell Glimmera Studio portraits of another person without their permission.

Glimmera Studio retains ownership of the studio brand, site design, prompts, collections and software. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you.

Photoshoot purchases and pricing

Package prices shown on the Pricing page are charged once per photoshoot and include the finished portraits listed for that package, each available as a high-resolution download.

Separate download and print prices apply only to additional portraits or keepsakes ordered outside your package. All prices are validated on our servers at checkout; a price shown in your browser is never used to charge you.

Membership billing and automatic renewal

Glimmera Club memberships are billed in advance on a recurring basis at the interval shown at checkout. Your membership renews automatically until you cancel.

Cancel any time from My Account. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep member benefits until then. We do not pro-rate partial periods unless required by law.

If a renewal payment fails, we keep your membership active during a short grace period while we retry, and email you. If payment still fails, the membership ends and member benefits stop.

Digital delivery

Digital portraits are delivered in your private gallery and under My Purchases immediately after payment is confirmed, and a secure download link is emailed to you. Download links expire for your security and can be regenerated any time from My Purchases.

Print fulfillment and shipping

Printed keepsakes are produced after payment and typically ship within a few business days, followed by carrier transit time. Tracking is added to your order in My Purchases when available.

Damaged, misprinted or lost-in-transit items are replaced free of charge as described in the Refund Policy.

Acceptable use

Glimmera Studio may not be used to create misleading, defamatory, explicit or impersonating imagery, or to create portraits of a person without their knowledge and permission. We may suspend an account that breaks this rule.

Service availability and interruptions

We work hard to keep the studio running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. If a photoshoot fails, we retry it at no extra charge and never charge twice for the same order.

Refunds

Refunds, reprints and studio credits are governed by our Refund Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Governing law and disputes

These Terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Service, are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any such dispute will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. The Service is operated by Thomas Alliance Group, LLC, doing business as Glimmera Studios, located at 1110 Center Stone Ln, Riviera Beach, FL 33404.

We ask that you contact support@glimmerastudio.com first so we can resolve any concern directly — most issues are settled the same week.
